ABOUT FLOOR NOTES

The floor moves quickly. Nursing support should keep up.

Floor Notes exists to close the gap between what nurses are expected to assess, coordinate, understand and document—and the practical support available in the moment.

THE GAP

Critical knowledge is scattered.

Ward routines, admission expectations, documentation structures, test education and shift-lead responsibilities are often split across orientation folders, intranets, policies and experience held by individual staff.

THE RESPONSE

One nursing-floor platform.

Floor Notes brings structured documentation, ward orientation, admission guidance, results education and shift tools into one account—organised around the nurse’s role, hospital and clinical area.

OUR STANDARD

Useful on shift. Honest about limits.

  • Nurse-led: tools support assessment and reasoning; they do not invent findings.
  • Ward-aware: the clinical context changes what is surfaced, without pretending every hospital works identically.
  • Source-visible: educational and policy-derived resources identify their basis and status.
  • Privacy-minimising: clinical workspaces are designed to avoid patient identifiers and unnecessary storage.
  • Continuously governed: content is versioned, reviewed and withdrawn when it is no longer current.
BUILT WITH THE PROFESSION

Help nurses manage floors better.

Floor Notes invites nurses, graduates, students, educators and clinical services to identify the real friction points on the floor and help shape resources that are practical, respectful and clinically disciplined.
