Selecting a hospital personalises navigation; it does not automatically convert generic content into that hospital\u2019s policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Requirements for Verified Local status<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>A named authorised source or written approval.<\/li><li>Hospital, health service, campus and ward scope.<\/li><li>Document title, identifier, version and effective date.<\/li><li>Reviewer or accountable local role.<\/li><li>Next review date and a process for source-change monitoring.<\/li><li>Clear treatment of conflicts with higher authority or newer policy.<\/li><li>Permission to reproduce or summarise non-public material.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Unverified hospitals<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When a user enters a hospital without a verified pack, Floor Notes displays National Core content and a clear instruction to check local policy. The absence of a local pack is not concealed and no affiliation is implied.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Private and intranet material<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Users must not upload, copy or submit private employer policies, screenshots, forms or intranet content unless authorised. Floor Notes may request evidence of authority before publishing or configuring a local pack.<\/p><p>Confidential incident, patient, employee or security information must never be submitted as an example.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Change and expiry<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A local pack reaching its review date is flagged for review. A superseded, inaccessible or disputed source may cause the pack to be restricted or returned to National Core status until verified.<\/p><p>Health services purchasing local packs are responsible for notifying Floor Notes of relevant policy changes under their agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-6\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Names, logos and affiliation<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hospital and ward names may be used descriptively to help users locate a configured pack. Logos, endorsement claims and co-branding require permission.
