The reviewer\u2019s scope must match the topic. Conflict-of-interest and source limitations should be recorded internally.<\/p><p>A publication date is not evidence of currency. Review frequency is based on risk, source-change likelihood and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Corrections and withdrawal<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Material errors are corrected promptly. Safety-critical content may be withdrawn immediately while investigated. Significant changes should update the version, effective date and change summary.<\/p><p>Users can report corrections to maxillarvundi@gmail.com. Reports should identify the resource, concern and supporting source without patient information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-6\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Use of automation and AI<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Automation may assist drafting, taxonomy, consistency checks or accessibility, but it does not replace accountable human review for clinically interpretive or local-policy content. Sources must be checked directly and fabricated citations are prohibited.<\/p><p>Floor Notes does not represent AI-generated material as a hospital policy or clinical instruction merely because it reads fluently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"fn-policy-7\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Commercial independence<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payment, sponsorship or partnership must not determine a clinical conclusion. Material commercial relationships relevant to content should be disclosed.
