Group plans provide named seats with central billing.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><span>02<\/span><h2>Pay securely<\/h2><p>Checkout is completed on Stripe. Floor Notes does not receive or store full card details.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><span>03<\/span><h2>Set up your floor<\/h2><p>Select your role, state, hospital and ward. If a verified local pack exists it is identified; otherwise the Australian National Core remains clearly labelled.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><span>04<\/span><h2>Use your included modules<\/h2><p>Open the ward library, Results Lab, Learning Studio, Floor Notes Dashboard or Shift Lead Toolkit according to your tier.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><span>05<\/span><h2>Manage one account<\/h2><p>Update payment methods, download invoices, make eligible individual plan changes or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Group-tier changes go through Floor Notes sales.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li><span>06<\/span><h2>Keep local authority visible<\/h2><p>Floor Notes never silently replaces hospital policy, current orders, escalation criteria, scope of practice or clinical judgement.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<section class=\"fn-safety-explainer\"><div><span>CLINICAL BOUNDARY<\/span><h2>The nurse remains the author and decision-maker.<\/h2><\/div><p>Floor Notes structures nurse-selected facts and provides educational prompts.
