Select Student & Grad, Clinical Nurse or Shift Lead access. Group plans provide named seats with central billing.

Pay securely
Checkout is completed on Stripe. Healthcare Notes does not receive or store full card details.

Set up your floor
Select your role, state, hospital and ward. If a verified local pack exists it is identified; otherwise the Australian National Core remains clearly labelled.

Use your included modules
Open the Ward Library, Results Lab, Learning Studio, Floor Notes Dashboard or Shift Lead Toolkit according to your tier.

Manage one account
Update payment methods, download invoices, make eligible individual plan changes or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Group-tier changes go through Healthcare Notes sales.

Keep local authority visible
Healthcare Notes never silently replaces hospital policy, current orders, escalation criteria, scope of practice or clinical judgement.
The nurse remains the author and decision-maker.
Healthcare Notes structures nurse-selected facts and provides educational prompts. It is not an electronic medical record, diagnostic service, prescriber, pathology service or substitute for local governance.
