HEALTHCARE NOTES POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellation, service problems and refund requests are handled without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Effective 14 August 2026Version 2.3.1Applies to healthcarenotes.org

Consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. A consumer may be entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for a disclosed purpose, is not supplied within a reasonable time, or has a major failure.

Nothing in this policy removes a right to a repair, replacement, resupply, cancellation, refund or compensation that applies by law.

Change of mind

Unless a promotion or written agreement states otherwise, Healthcare Notes does not promise a change-of-mind refund after digital access has been supplied. A member can cancel future renewal at any time and continue using the paid period.

Service not supplied or materially unavailable

If paid access cannot be supplied for a material period, contact maxillarvundi@gmail.com. Depending on the cause, duration and legal rights, the remedy may include restoration, resupply, an extension, account credit, partial refund or full refund.

Short maintenance, local internet failure, unsupported devices or employer restrictions do not automatically create a refund entitlement, but each request is assessed fairly.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

Report suspected duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges promptly. We may request the invoice identifier, charge date, amount and account email, but never a full card number. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

How to cancel

  • Log in to Healthcare Notes and open Account.
  • Select Open billing portal.
  • Choose the active subscription and confirm cancellation.
  • Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
  • If the portal is unavailable, email maxillarvundi@gmail.com from the membership email.

How to request a refund

Email maxillarvundi@gmail.com with the account email, invoice number, purchase date, plan, reason and requested remedy. Do not send card details or patient information.

We may verify account ownership and usage needed to assess the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel. Bank processing time is outside Healthcare Notes control.

Group agreements

Ward, department, hospital, health-service and university purchases may include implementation work or local-content services. Refund and termination terms in a signed order form apply in addition to mandatory law. Completed bespoke work is not refundable merely because an organisation changes direction.
